30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a refund, customers must meet all requirements listed below.

Refund Window:  A refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number and original receipt must be provided. Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging with all included materials.

Verification of No Effect: Because the product is designed to support measurable physiological outcomes, customers requesting a refund must provide objective medical documentation demonstrating that the product produced no measurable effect. This must include: Baseline medical or laboratory testing taken prior to starting the product, Follow-up testing after consistent use of the product for the recommended period, Documentation from a licensed medical professional verifying that there was no measurable change or benefit attributable to the product,

Return Authorization: Customers must contact support to obtain a Return Authorization before sending any items back. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and the item must be sent using a trackable shipping service.

Review Process: All submitted documentation and returned items will be reviewed and verified before a refund decision is made. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after verification.

Non-Eligible Returns: Requests submitted after 30 days, Returns without required documentation, Items returned without prior authorization.
